Vendor Terms, Agreement & Disclaimer – WOW Life & Business Conference

By purchasing this vendor package, you agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in the WOW Life & Business Conference and inclusion in associated marketing materials:

Package Inclusions:

• 15-second commercial played on-screen during the WOW Conference

• Complimentary screen design by LOI Agency (includes logo/pictures and basic motion graphics)

• Full-page, full-color ad in the WOW Magazine

• Complimentary ad design by LOI Agency (www.loiagency.com)

• Print-ready PDF version of your ad

• Preferred Vendor Directory listing in the WOW Magazine & Website (includes business name, address, website, phone number)

• 1 complimentary ticket to the WOW Life & Business Conference

• Placement of promotional product or advertisement in attendee swag bag

Submission Guidelines:

All vendor materials (including logos, photos, ad copy, and promotional content) must be submitted by the deadline provided at purchase. Any materials received after the deadline may not be included and will not be eligible for refund or credit.

Design & Approval:

• Vendors are responsible for submitting accurate and complete information.

• If design services are included, LOI Agency will create your ad and/or screen design using the content provided. One round of revisions is included. Additional edits may incur an extra fee.

• Once final designs are approved by the vendor (or if no changes are requested within the review window), the materials are considered final.

• WOW Life & Business Conference and LOI Agency are not responsible for typographical errors, incorrect information, or omissions provided by the vendor.

Commercial Guidelines:

• 15-second commercial includes basic motion graphics and must follow the design format provided by LOI Agency.

• Commercials will be scheduled at the discretion of the WOW Conference media team.

• No guarantee is made as to the exact number of views, placement time, or frequency of display.

Swag Bag Distribution:

• Vendors are responsible for providing the correct quantity of promotional products or print materials by the deadline.

• Items not received in time will not be included in the swag bags, and no refund will be given.

Liability & Rights:

• The WOW Conference reserves the right to refuse, edit, or remove any content that is misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with our brand values.

• By submitting content, you grant permission for WOW and LOI Agency to use it for promotional purposes in both print and digital formats.

• WOW and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, damaged, or late promotional items.

Refund Policy:

All purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once payment is received.

Agreement Acknowledgment:

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.

Final design deliverables will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
