By purchasing a vendor listing in the WOW Life & Business Conference Magazine, you agree to the following terms:

Submission Responsibility: All listing information (including business name, address, phone number, website, and other promotional details) must be submitted accurately and in full by the vendor. WOW Magazine and its affiliates are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided by the vendor.

Final Copy Use: Listings and advertisements will appear exactly as submitted unless a design package is included. Any errors that appear in the publication which are a direct result of incorrect information submitted by the vendor are the sole responsibility of the vendor. Please double-check all entries before submission.

Design Edits: If a complimentary design service is provided, one round of revision is included. Additional changes may incur additional fees and must be requested before the final approval deadline. Once the design is approved by the vendor, it is considered final.

Deadlines & Delivery: All ad materials and listing details must be submitted by the deadline provided. Late submissions may not be included in the publication, and no refunds will be issued.

Print & Digital Distribution: Listings will be published in the WOW Magazine (print and/or digital format) and may be featured on associated websites and digital platforms. Placement within the publication is at the discretion of the publisher.

No Refund Policy: All listing purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once the listing has been purchased.

Right to Refuse: WOW Magazine reserves the right to refuse any listing or advertisement that does not align with our brand values, appears misleading, or is deemed inappropriate for our audience.
